Summary

Move-outs never follow a script, and this Atlanta unit was no exception. For Vac 1345 A5, we were called in to deliver a full cleaning after turnover so the apartment would be ready for the next resident. A clean, well-prepared space is key for a smooth transition and sets the tone for new arrivals.

The Work

Cleaned and sanitized kitchen surfaces, including sinks and appliances
Scrubbed and disinfected bathroom fixtures, bathtubs, and toilets
Wiped down floors and baseboards throughout the unit
Removed dust, debris, and signs of prior use from living areas

The Outcome

The apartment was left fresh, with shiny floors and clean fixtures throughout. Every surface was move-in ready, helping property staff present a welcoming home for incoming residents.
